HCP Connections helps users quickly identify HCPs which are similar to the HCP profile that they are currently viewing. This feature offers a variety of new opportunities to grow your HCP network and promote your Target Product by gleaning insights into how HCPs are connected. This can be used to leverage peer-to-peer influence, understand who your HCPs may be talking to, and improve your access to no-see HCPs.
How is it generated?
HCP Connections uses a proprietary scoring system to identify HCPs similar to the target HCP and then provides reasoning for the match in the Connection Tags below each HCP’s name.
HCPs are compared across 12 unique characteristics including: location (country, state/province, city, street, hospital, etc), university, graduation year, and specialty. An overall similarity score is then generated relative to the target HCP and Connections are listed in order of similarity, not in order of PowerScore.
Where can I find this?
HCP Connections can be found within the Connect tab. Simply navigate to the second page within Connect and the Connections are displayed below the target HCP’s biography.
⚠️ Note: Not all HCPs will have HCP Connections - this is heavily data dependent.
