Have you ever wanted to save an HCP’s profile for later? Or hide someone from your PowerList because they’re unavailable for visits? Now you can! Custom Lists give you the ability to set HCPs as Starred, No-See, or Long-Term Leave to better manage your workflow

When to create a "Starred" list?

Want to save and track HCPs of interest? Starring an HCP will add them to your Starred list, making them easier to find through the Custom List and Filters functionality. HCPs can easily be removed from the Starred Custom List by navigating to their profile and unselecting Starred.

When to create a "No-See" list?

Is a no-see HCP constantly coming up on your list? Mark them as a no-see to have them removed from view on your PowerList. They will still come up in search results or when the ‘add no-see’ toggle is switched on in your filters. HCPs can easily be untagged as a no-see by navigating to their profile and de-selecting this tag.

When to create a "Long-Term Leave" list?

Is the PowerList telling you to reach out to an HCP that you know is out of office for a long period of time? It could be an extended vacation, maternity leave, or other out-of-office events. You can now hide them from your PowerList by selecting the Long-Term Leave checkbox on their HCP Profile. This functionality is similar to No-See in that these HCPs will still show in search results or when the ‘Include Long-Term Leave HCPs’ filter is toggled on. HCPs can easily be removed from the Long-Term Leave Custom List by navigating to their profile and unselecting Long-Term Leave.

Where to find them?

HCPs can be added to Custom Lists by navigating to their HCP Profile, selecting the Star drop-down menu, and selecting Starred, No-See, and/or Long-Term Leave. To see who is currently in each of these Custom Lists, use the left-hand navigation panel, select Custom List, and then choose between Starred, No-See, or Long-Term Leave.
